Deposit Options

Very important – Please always include your username (NOT the nickname you may set up) as reference when you place your deposit!

Currently available deposit options at BET-IBC include:

Skrill (Moneybookers) – The deposit will be credited to your account fast during working hours (Monday – Friday), while it can take a bit longer (up to a couple of hours) on weekends or holidays (overnight if you’re in a European time zone). Accepted currencies are USD, EUR and SGD. Skrill is a gambling-friendly service, which is by far the fastest and absolutely secure payment method. You can upload funds into your Moneybookers account via bank transfer or credit card, and the procedure is as simple as it can be. For these reasons, we strongly recommend this payment option.

Neteller – The deposit will be credited to your account fast during working hours (Monday – Friday), while it can take a bit longer (up to a couple of hours) on weekends or holidays. The only currency we accept for Neteller deposits is Euro.

Bank transfer – The deposits may take up to several working days to process. The fees vary from bank to bank. We have opened 2 bank accounts in Euro and US dollar, although our customers holding accounts in SGD and MYR are welcome to use the bank deposit option as well. However, in case of SGD and MYR deposits, currency exchange rates will apply and all the fees have to be covered by the customer – we will credit your account with the amount we receive.

MoneyGram – This deposit option is available for all currencies, although we only have the possibility to collect money without extra fees in EUR and USD. In case of other currencies (MYR and SGD), exchange rates apply and we cannot be held responsible for any occuring fees – we will credit the player account with the amount we receive after exchange. The minimum deposit amount we accept with MoneyGram is 300 EUR/USD, 400 SGD or 1000 MYR. The deposits are processed within 36 hours and the fees have to be covered by the customer. Western Union – This deposit option is available for all currencies, although we only have the possibility to collect the money without extra fees in USD. In case of other currencies (EUR, MYR and SGD), currency exchange rates apply and we cannot be held responsible for any occuring fees – we will credit the player account with the amount we receive after exchange. The minimum deposit amount we accept with Western Union is 300 EUR/USD, 400 SGD or 1000 MYR. The deposits are processed within 36 hours and the customer has to cover all the fees. Please note that all Skrill and Neteller deposits are subject to a flat 1.5% fee.

Withdrawal Options

Please note that you can only request withdrawal of your yesterday’s account balance. The flat withdrawal fee for Skrill and Neteller is 1%.

Skrill (Moneybookers) – To request withdrawal through Skrill (Moneybookers), simply drop us an e-mail at support@bet-ibc.com with your IBCBET username and the amount you want to withdraw and your Moneybookers ID (e-mail address). The withdrawal is processed fast during working hours (Monday – Friday). We currently process pay outs through Skrill in USD, EUR and SGD. We strongly recommend Skrill (Moneybookers), as it’s the simplest, fastest and 100% secure gambling-friendly payment option.

Neteller – The process is the same as with Skrill, to withdraw funds through Neteller, you need to contact us by e-mail at support@bet-ibc.com and specify the Neteller account you would like to have the funds withdrawn to – please remember to include your IBCBET username as well. The only currency available for Neteller pay outs is EUR.

Bank transfer – To request payout through bank transfer, contact us by e-mail and provide us with your bank account details. We can’t be held responsible for any fees charged by your bank or fluctuating currency exchange rates.

MoneyGram – This withdrawal option is available for all currencies. The minimum withdrawal amount with MoneyGram should be at least 300 EUR/USD, 400 SGD or 1000 MYR. Withdrawals via MoneyGram may take up to 36 hours to process and the fees have to be covered by the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any currency exchange rates and resulting fees. Western Union – This withdrawal option is available for all currencies. The minimum withdrawal amount with Western Union should be at least 300 EUR/USD, 400 SGD or 1000 MYR. As with MoneyGram, the withdrawals may take up to 36 hours to process and the customer has to cover all the fees. We cannot be held responsible for any currency exchange rates and resulting fees. Please note that the above conditions apply to withdrawal requests made once per week. Any additional withdrawals requested within one calendar week may be subject to a 3% fee regardless of the payment option.

VIP

For our VIP customers, we provide the possibility to withdraw or deposit in cash, the minimum amount is 50 000 Euro. A meeting can be arranged in any European capital. Please note that this deposit option is only available for clients with accounts of minimum one month of age, who have made a deposit before and made enough turnover to justify cash deposits of that amount.
