A user manual is incredibly important as it helps customers get the most out of a product. We created a OrbitX practical guide containing clear instructions and useful information. It tells you exactly how to use the product, and even how to solve common problems. Certainly, after reading the manual, you’ll gain a better understanding of the product and be able to use it with confidence.
Orbit Exchange Trading Page
The trade page displays selected leagues and matches and the main types of bets, which you can bet on quickly.
This button offers you a short explanation of the bet you are trying to place, for example, Match Odds, also informs you about the date and time when the match started or is about to start.
You can easily search for a specific event, by typing it in the Search Bar, located in the middle of the main page.
All the offers are categorized, so to reach out to an event, you should first select the preferred sport you wish to bet on. The list is displayed on the left side menu, as shown:
Once you’re done selecting the sport, make sure to choose the League.
By clicking on a specific market, you will have listed all the options which you can bet on.
Select the preferred one and then, the betslip will open – in the upper right corner of the page.
The Betslip itself is the section where you can set the odd and the stake. You can type it yourself or you can set the usual stakes you place in bets, in the tab below.
Using Betslip is the traditional way explained at the beginning of this chapter. You can untick the function “Confirm bets before placing”
so that when you click on “Place bets” button, the bet is placed instantly, without doing it one more time. If you have the Default Stakes ticket, you can click on Edit and insert several default amounts for yourself.
Once everything is set up, click on “Place bets” – your bet should be shortly matched.
Since this is an exchange platform, the bet can be matched in several clicks. But, you can set the bet to be accepted in 1 click only, by using the ”Quick bets”. This is how the ”Quick bets” section looks:
You can edit all the stakes according to your betting needs, just by clicking “Edit”
In the Betting section from the Settings, if you tick the “In the middle section”, the betslip will open like this for Back
and for Lay.
No matter what market you choose, you will be able to either Back or Lay it.
To Back – means to bet for an event to happen.
To Lay – means to bet for an event not to happen.
On Exchanges, gamblers do not bet against the bookmaker, but against other players. Back & Lay are types of bets which are matched between each other. So, for a bet to be fully placed – another player has to match it.
Un unmatched bet, is a failed bet that hasn’t been matched by any player.
Back offers are always blue while lay offers are pink, so you never mix them up.
Cash Out – is a feature that allows sports bettors the ability to settle a bet and accept a payout less than the full potential win – before the competition ends. This feature will appear only after the bet is placed.

To log out, you need to open “My Account” dropdown and click on the respective button:
Transfers / Betting Activity
In the same ”My Account” section, you can click on ”Account Statement” to check your balance activity. You can select any timeframe, up even 2 years.
To keep track of all your bets, you can simply go to ”My Bets” section.
As well as for the cases above, you can select the timeframe, and the respective ones will appear.
- Unmatched – stay in the market as offers until the bettor decides to cancel them.
- Matched – bets that have been accepted and placed. From the Past section, you can see 4 statuses of the bets.
- Settled – bets that have a determined outcome.
- Cancelled – the bets that have been cancelled by the player during their placement.
- Lapsed – a bet that hasn’t been matched by anyone before the market closes, it will lapse and the money will be returned.
- Voided – cancelled as if it had never been placed. a bet can be voided because the match did not finish and though a full-time result cannot be estimated correctly, or if the event finishes due to weather conditions or if it is fully cancelled or postponed.
You will also have the possibility to check the total P/L, by setting up a specific timeframe. As well as for the precedent case, you can select specific dates up to 3 months & check multiple times, if you want to see your last year winnings or loses, for example.
However, if it becomes red – it means that the account is suspended and the solution is to contact our 24/7 Support Team.
You can as well select the comfortable time zone for you.
You will find the setup screen and you just need to follow the instructions. Two-step authentication is very easy to use and you will quickly get accustomed to the process. You start by logging in as usual. You will be presented with an additional login screen if your credentials are correct. Open the Google Authenticator from your phone and type the verification code in your browser. If the code is correct, you will be logged into your profile.
