In the game interface, you’ll see the action on the left and your bets and rules on the right. Four automated players will challenge the dealer, strategically aiming for 21. Feeling confident about a player’s chances? Then place a “Back” bet on them and watch the game unfold. You can bet on any player throughout up to seven rounds, or try your luck with four exotic bets:

Now that you’re familiar with the setup and the initial betting options, it’s time to review the heart of the game. In the following section, we’ll break down the mechanics of each of the up to seven betting rounds, ensuring you know exactly how to navigate the twists and turns of blackjack.

Blackjack: Round 1-2

At the start of each game, 10 cards are face down. Four pairs of these cards form the hands for Players 1 through 4, while the last two cards are for the Dealer. As the game progresses, you’ll have a set amount of time to place your bets before the round ends and the next set of cards is revealed. Keep an eye on the progress bar—it’s your timer, but remember, it’s just a guide.

The game kicks off with an initial betting round before any cards hit the table. Once this first round concludes, the system removes any unmatched bets and deals nine cards—two for each player forming four hands, and one for the dealer. A second betting round follows, where you can wager on each hand or the game’s exotic bets. Keep in mind that you cannot place further bets on a hand or exotic bet once the system settles it.

After the second round of betting, the players’ hands may draw more cards or stand, guided by the defined players’ logic table. If a hand goes bust or stands, it’s immediately settled, along with any exotic bets that have a clear outcome. The game continues as long as any hands remain unresolved (i.e., it is unknown whether they will win, lose, or tie). For example, if all players go bust, the round ends without the dealer drawing another card.

Blackjack on 4ODD: Round 3-4

As the third betting round concludes, the system removes any pending bets. The dealer then receives their second card. If the dealer’s hand reaches a soft 17—a hand including an Ace valued at 11 points—or higher, they will stand, and the game moves towards resolution. However, if the dealer’s hand is below this threshold, they’ll draw another card.

Blackjack Round 3-4

Should the dealer stand, and all player hands are settled—whether they’ve busted or achieved Blackjack—the game ends without further action. For instance, if the dealer’s hand is between 15 and 16, and they can’t achieve a “5 card Charlie” (five cards without busting), and a player has Blackjack, that player is declared the winner immediately.

In the fourth betting round, the process is similar. The system clears unmatched bets, and the dealer may draw a third card. The game’s outcome is then determined based on whether the dealer stands or if any player hands remain in play. For example, if the dealer’s hand is 16 and cannot improve to a “5 card Charlie,” and all but one player has busted, the remaining player with Blackjack wins, concluding the game without further draws.

Round 3-4 - Blackjack

Blackjack: Round 5-7

As the game advances to the fifth betting round, the system discards any unmatched bets. The dealer may receive a fourth card. If the dealer’s hand is strong enough to stand, the game moves to settlement without further betting. Otherwise, betting continues.

The game reaches its climax in the sixth and final betting round. Here, any unmatched bets are removed before the dealer’s hand is shown in its final position, either stood or busted.

Players’ hands go head-to-head with the dealer’s to determine the winners. Multiple players can win, and various exotic bets can pay off. If a player’s hand ties with the dealer’s, it’s a standoff, and the Blackjack Dead Heat Rules come into play for that hand—though exotic bets remain unaffected, as they can’t end in a tie.
