A user manual is incredibly important as it helps customers get the most out of a product. We created a Fair999 practical guide containing clear instructions and useful information. Fair999 Trade Exchange
The main trading page shows you the selected offers.
You can easily search for a specific event, by typing it in the Search Bar, located on the upper left side of the page.
All the offers are categorized, so to reach out an event, you should first select the preferred sport you wish to bet on.
The list is displayed on the left side menu, as shown below:
Once you’re done selecting the sport, make sure to choose the League.
You can now see the available markets.
Also, there is a shortcut in the top menu, for the markets you selected.
Market offers
By clicking on a specific market, you will have listed all the options which you can bet on.
Select the preferred one and then, the betslip will open – in the upper right corner of the page.
The Betslip itself is the section where you can set the odd and the stake. You can type it yourself or you can set the usual stakes you place in bets, in the tab below. Click on Edit stake -> to change whatever is more convenient for you. This table will ease the wagering process, so you can select the stake within one single click.
Since this is an exchange platform, the bet can be matched in several clicks. But, you can set the bet to be accepted in 1 click only, by ticking the ”1 Click Betting”. Once everything is set up, click on submit – your bet should be shortly matched.
No matter what market you choose, you will be able to either Back or Lay it.
To Back – means to bet for an event to happen.
To Lay – means to bet for an event not to happen.
On Exchanges, gamblers do not bet against the bookmaker, but against other players. Back & Lay are types of bets which are matched between each other. So for a bet to be fully placed – another player has to match it. Un unmatched bet, is a failed bet.
Back offers are always blue while lay offers are pink, so you never mix them up.
Cash out – is a feature that allows sports bettors the ability to settle a bet and accept a payout less than the full potential win – before the competition ends. This feature will appear only after the bet is placed.

There are several sections, where you can play casino & slots. All are visible from the main trading page:
On the Exchange Games Homepage you will already see the available games, however you can chose a specific one from the top menu, as shown on this screenshot:

Your Fair999 Account
Under ”My Account”, you will find all your account settings.
You cannot change your username nor to add a nickname.
But, you can and you must change your given password, after we set up the account for you.
You can also change the timezone, according to your location, not to mix up the events.
As for security reasons, you can check your last logins, in the section with the same name:
Transfers / Betting Activity
In the same ”My Account” section, you can click on ”Account Statement” to check your balance activity. You can select any timeframe, up to 3 months.
You will also have the possibility to check the total P/L, by setting up a specific timeframe. As well as for the precedent case, you can select dates up to 3 months & check multiple times, if you want to see your last year winnings or loses for ex.

To keep track of all your bets, you can simply go to ”My Bets” section, which will redirect you to another window. As well as for the cases above, you can select the timeframe, up to 3 months max, and the respective ones will appear.
The Balance is always displayed in the upper right corner of the page. This is the total amount of money available on your account. While Liability (displayed near the balance) – is the total amount of money that you risk in a bet. Here is an example:

There is a small icon that will always keep you updated with the technical issues that the bookie might have.
Depending on your preferences, on the top menu you can access:

Simply click on the Logout button from ”My Account”.
