BET-IBC does its part and plants 1,000 trees for a greener earth

Total number of trees planted : 3,210

The wake-up call

Lumberjacking… Wildfires… Diseases… But most of all, it’s the negligent attitude and the interests of a class of people. The image shows the result. Heavy deforestation. However, it is not just the trees we are losing. Without them there will be flooding, loss of crops (i.e. food) due to the erosion of fertile soil, a greenhouse effect that will grow a lot worse, loss of the oxygen regeneration capability that all plant life has…

Quite a dire situation, isn’t it? And it gets worse… Especially to the aspect of oxygen regeneration. Every year, in the western civilization, each one of us generates and adds 16 tons of CO². It’s what is called “carbon footprint (or fingerprint)”. It’s been years since we began talking about reducing or offsetting the generation of gases that add to the greenhouse effect.

We do not want to see such images and we do not want to walk on a black treeless land fighting to breath. Nor do we believe that anyone else wants that to happen. It was inevitable that both BET-IBC and VIP-IBC decided to take action and do our part to add more green to our planet. We do not want just to become CO² neutral by reducing our own emissions. We want to do our part so that there is a cumulative reduction of the total carbon fingerprint. To that effect, we are joining forces with Onetreeplanted in an attempt to plant as many trees as possible.

Furthermore, we want to increase your level of awareness on the aforementioned environmental issues. We want you to do your part as well, because we are quite certain that you want to live in a clean and healthy environment. To do that you need to spread the word around so that others can get persuaded to join in. And, of course, you need to plant trees.

It only costs 1 USD to plant a tree!

This is the plan!

BET-IBC will plant one tree for every Express Transfer Service that you accept.
To plant a tree, you need to contact Onetreeplanted and make the necessary arrangements. They will acknowledge your actions by sending you a certificate. Send it to us and we will match the number of trees mentioned⁽¹⁾.
To go one step further, we have decided to combine our efforts with what we are the best at. So, for every goal that the 2 greatest players of the last 10 years, Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, score, we will plant a tree. That is for every time the ball finds the back of the net on all international competitions and their qualification stages, as well as all official matches of their teams in their respective leagues, or in the Champions and European Leagues, etc….

We can no longer stand idly by. And this time it is not an effort that will go unrecognized. BET-IBC, along with our sister company VIP-IBC, has already started by planting 1,000 trees. The proof of the action is posted so that we can look at it with pride, while you can look at it and be proud of us. We also want to be proud of you, so we will also post all the certificates that you will send us.
