How BET-IBC Counts Turnover

In compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies, there is a turnover requirement that each player has to meet before they are able to withdraw money from their account. We strongly recommend that you read the following carefully to make sure that you understand the process and are able to plan your deposits and withdrawals accordingly.

These rules are valid regardless of your payment method preference. You can use a monitored and regulated payment method, or use cryptos to fund a betting account (being anonymous).

Defining the Terms

Turnover means the sum of your profits and losses from your betting activities during a predetermined time. By profit, we mean the remaining amount after deducting the original stake from the total payout. If your stake was 100 Euros and your payout 180, then you calculate the turnover as 180 – 100 = 80 Euros. Understandably, when you lose a bet, the amount of your original stake is the one to include in the calculations, meaning, your turnover for the lost bet is 100 Euro.
For example, you placed a total of 10 wagers. You won 7 of them and you lost the rest. Let’s also assume that for the first 7 your total stake was 100 Euros and your total payout 170. Therefore, your net profit is 70. The total stake for the 3 that you lost was 30 Euro. Therefore, your total turnover is 70 (net profit of won bets) + 30 (lost stakes) = 100 Euro turnover.

Counting Turnover

In the above example, we used “number of bets” to better explain the terminology. The actual process counts by the markets instead. To put it simply, we will process all withdrawal requests AFTER you have generated at least three times (3x) the sum of your deposits. If your deposit was 100 Euro, your turnover needs to be 300 Euro, before the withdrawal request can be processed.

If this condition is not satisfied, then we reserve the right to either process it with an additional 10% charge, or to reject the withdrawal request.

More Examples

Let’s assume that you placed a wager on a game between Team A and Team B on Over 2.5 goals and you won 150 Euros in net profit. For the same match, you also placed a bet on Over 4.5 goals on a stake of 200, which you lost. Your total turnover is 150 + 200 = 350.

Now, let’s assume that for a match between Team A and Team B, you placed two bets. The first is for Over 2.5 goals of 1000 Euros, and the second is an equal wager on Under 2.5 goals. The odds for both are @1.80. No matter what happens, you will lose 200 Euros. Let’s explain why. The bet for over 2.5 goals was successful and your net profit is 800 Euros. Simultaneously, your bet on Under 2.5 was lost. Therefore, your turnover is 1000 – 800 = 200. The same equation is true if the part that was won, was the Under 2.5 market.

What It Means for the Player

Based on all the above, please check your turnover if you notice a delay on your withdrawal request, before sending us a message for the reason. You are of course welcome to contact us if you think that our calculations are wrong and we will be glad to sort it out for you.
