Nishikori

Hi, I’m Nishikori
I’m a Professional ATP Tennis Tipster at the betting marketplace Pyckio.com

I’m a Professional ATP Tennis Tipster and you can find most of my predictions at Pyckio.com. Some of them are free of charge while you can buy the others at the prices per time constraint provided by Pyckio. I only predict on ATP. No challengers, no ITF’s, no futures.

ATP is the most fluid tennis market and my objective is to achieve a 10% long term ROI with my tennis picks. So far I am proud to say that my system works and the goal is achieved.

Since I am linked to the tennis world professionally it would be inappropriate for my working environment to know of my tipster facet, even though I do not have access to any type of insider information. This is the reason behind my decision to preserve my anonymity and not to give any further details about myself.

While my link to the tennis world dates all the way back to my childhood, I did not start betting until 2005/2006 and tuned professional in 2013. I like all kinds of statistics and numbers related to tennis (being an economist) and it was just a matter of time before I got involved with betting on tennis. As is the most usual case, I had my ups and downs in the beginning and the balance at the end of the year showed that I lost. It took time and accumulation of experience to turn my losses into profits and to formulate my system which produces the picks that I will share with you here at BET-IBC twice per week.

As mentioned before, I am looking for great liquidity. sportsbook is offering just the liquidity I am searching for. Furthermore they offer the most efficient odds, especially the closing ones, which I often use to place my bets.

The average odds I work with are around 2.60.
I am more comfortable with this kind of bets and I think here is where I can provide more value. Doing high odds means that the bettor who follows me has to be ready to pass through difficult runs from time to time. The probability of losing several consecutive bets in a row is higher when you bet the dogs. However, the rewards can be high for those who follow a conservative staking management strategy and don’t worry too much about the daily results.

The perfect vessel for such a strategy is the VIP Platform that BET-IBC provides. I first discovered the platform a few months ago and I am very pleased with it. VIP makes my personal betting a lot easier! I have the major Bookmakers like sportsbook and Maxbet on a single screen, and I will most likely find the best odd available on the market for my desired bet. I also check the odds for my tennis tips in there to give my community the best option. VIP has never let me down so far!

I tip on Tennis ATP exclusively. No Challengers, no ITFs, no Futures, only ATP matches. This guarantees that normally the liquidity is high enough for my followers to place their bets at reasonable odds. Achieving a circa 10% ROI in nearly 2,000 bets in ATP only, isn’t easy and I hope to maintain it in the long run. Here is a table of what I mean:

Tipping on WTA would require too much work on my part. I would need to be constantly and completely updated with all the WTA players, all the tournament news and I simply do not have the time to follow women’s tennis properly. I’m almost certain that my predicting results would not be as positive on WTA and that would affect my ATP figures. I have an edge over the market on ATP and I wouldn’t like to put it at risk. A day has only 24 hours.

I will submit 2 picks per week here at BET-IBC. You can find the rest of my (paid) picks at Pyckio.com.

Although in my personal real bets I use a fixed profit method (the stake depends on the odds), I tip 1 unit flat stakes for a reason of simplicity. I suggest that you consider the odds when placing your real money in bets. I usually tip more in the first rounds rather than the last ones. The reason being twofold. Firstly, the market is less efficient during the initial rounds and it’s easier to find odds of real value. Secondly, there are more matches to choose from.

How do I work?
In the manner that most bettors and tipsters do, I analyse the players’ form, their “mental” form or confidence, playing tennis atpstyles, injury news, motivation, tournament surfaces, statistics etc. While the process may not look that different, what separates the best tipsters from the rest is the ability to put a price to the information. I think I excel at determining a value of the extent that this information has already been incorporated within the odds. Sometimes the market may overprice a piece of news, such as player injuries, tiredness or motivation. Other times, it is the bettors that overvalue players because of their fame, not taking into account that their form may be horrible.

In general, when an opinion/information on any particular game/tennis player is extensively widespread among bettors, the value tends to turn on the opposite side. And there I am, trying to take advantage of inefficient prices. My work does not pertain to finding winners; this is the road to perdition. My work pertains to finding value, finding inefficient odds.

I like focusing on the process, not the results. If I am convinced there is value in one particular bet, I submit my pick. I really don’t care too much about the results of my predictions in the short term. It’s the long term what matters. When the closing odds of my pick are lower than mine it means that I was right. At that time I am satisfied and it makes no difference if I lost the bet or not.

As sportsbook closing odds are the most efficient ones, if you beat them constantly, you are really providing value and there is a positive mathematical expectation in your selections.
