Summary of Tipster's comments

Round 13 for this year’s calendar for Formula 1 and it’s time for one of the fastest and most demanding races. The Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. A most favorite both amongst the fans and the drivers. This time it may also mark a turning point. Ostensibly, a new development from Ferrari may produce a challenge to the McLarens and change the course of the championship. We will see if the claim holds water on July 27 at 14:00 GMT.

A possible challenge vs complete dominance

So far, the British team seems to have no opposition. At this time, the question is whether it will be Oscar Piastri or Lando Norris the one to claim the position of the drivers’ champion at the end of the year. Now that Christian Horner left Red Bull, not even Max Verstappen seems to have the ability to pose a challenge. The entire world waits for the new rear suspension that Ferrari will bring to actual racing. Scuderia is second now on the constructors’ standing with 222 points just 12 over Mercedes (210). McLaren is way ahead with 460.

Supposedly, SF-25 is not an underpowered car. It is an incomplete one. Hopefully, the new active suspension will resolve the main issue of the Italian team: the fact that the car has been running higher than it should, to avoid the damage to the floor that got them disqualified in China. If indeed this is the case, then, they can release all the horse power of the engine and gain at least a tenth of a second per round. That tenth will set Ferrari well clear of Mercedes and, maybe, give McLaren some competition

Especially, this last part has more issues to resolve like, mainly, the wear and tear of the tires which is far worse for the Italians than the British. The observations show a significantly lower break temperature for Piastri and Norris, which allows them to save their tires for longer stints and more fast rounds.

It will still be McLaren

Even if the Italian car provides a challenge, it will be too soon to wait for immediate results. Most likely, this is the thinking that sets the offers for Piastri to win at @2.72, @3.05 for Norris and a mere @17.17 for Leclerc… Verstappen pays at @5.60. So, we will be eagerly looking for any announcements about the new development from Maranello, before we bring our final recommendation to those that will open an account at the best betting platform ,on where to place their wagers on this race.

Update

The time has come for us to deliver the update for the Belgian Grand Prix. Nothing much seems to have changed on the surface. The 2 McLarens still seem to have the preference of the bookmakers for 1st and 2nd with the question being which one of the two drivers will take the lead. The reigning champion does not seem to have much of a chance to win. However, there are questions to be asked and answered.

Ferrari is still working on SF-25

All the other constructors seem to have focused on the cars that they will present next year. In contrast, Ferrari tested their new rear suspension in 200 Km test in a modified track at Mugello. The word is that the results are «positive» and the team is now «cautiously optimistic». Admittedly, the initial goal was to gain enough time per lap to get clear from Mercedes and finish as second-best manufacturer. From the sounds of the comments, it doesn’t seem that they were successful, unless, of course, they are playing the usual mind games, and we will see a more competitive Scuderia in the last races of the schedule.

So, it seems that we still have to choose whether it will be Oscar Piastri (@2.82), or Lando Norris (@.3.00) the one to cross the finish line first. On this one, I will go with my gut feeling and suggest to all who open an account at the best betting platform, the win for the Brit over the Aussie. He also seems to have the preference of the team on the strategies and the overall treatment.
